The focus of the SOE continues to be on the development of the player. With this in mind, MPS recently restructured its program to create an appropriate training environment for players of all abilities.

The SOE Elite program is for players that have constantly excelled in both level of play and attitude/commitment to training/games. Participation is by invitation only.

As with the SOE Academy, the SOE Elite will run for 3 seasons (Fall/Winter/Spring). The length of each season varies, with specific details available below and on the SOE Calendar page. SOE Elite teams will participate in an external league, the New England Premiership as well as within the regular SOE league.

At the SOE Elite level there will be U10, U11 and U12 teams - all of which will practice twice per week (team specific details can be viewed on the left of this page). In the interests of player development, individuals selected for the Elite program are required to commit to all 3 seasons.
