Why Mass Premier Soccer?

Mass Premier Soccer (MPS) is the biggest soccer club in New England and one of the fastest growing organizations in the US. With over 50 full time staff members MPS has a great working environment and offers the chance for coaches to build a career in the US.

Through our partnership with Global Premier Soccer (GPS) we are able to recruit highly qualified European coaches to foster an identity of excellence and collaboration between our coaching staff.  In addition, MPS actively provides opportunities for coaches to increase their licensing and experience through regular educational and practical sessions.

What length of contract is available?

MPS offers the chance for staff members to come out either for 9 or 3 months. 9 Month positions will start April and go through to November. 3 Month positions will go from August – November.

This does not apply to placement students. MPS will work with universities directly and through our partnership with GPS to accommodate placements students with throughout the year. 

What do I need to have to apply for a position?

• Minimum of a Level 1 coaching license
• 1 years coaching experience 
• Valid Passport for full length of your employment 
• Full Driving license

What Positions are available within the Organization?

• Sports Management and coach
• Coaching only  
• Placement Program { Minimum of 8 months } Candidate must still be in University

What Level of players will I be working with?

As an MPS coach you will work with a variety of players from the recreational to the Elite level, both male and female players. The decision of what teams and players you will work with will be based on experience and qualifications. A decision will be made by the Clubs Director of Coaching.
